Thai Green Cocktail

Coriander lovers (yes, they exist) can unite behind the light and bright Thai Green Cocktail. Lemongrass is mixed with the divisive green herb and bolstered with a homemade galangal syrup for an unmistakeable Southeast Asian flavour medley, best paired with spicy Thai food. Serve in our gold-rimmed Crumple rocks glass for visual flair.

Thai Green Cocktail

1 inch Lemongrass stem
1 tsp Coriander seeds
3 sprigs Coriander leaves
2oz / 60ml Vodka
0.5 oz / 15ml Lime juice
0.5oz / 15ml Galangal syrup

Muddle lemongrass, coriander seeds and leaves. Shake with vodka, lime juice and galangal syrup. Serve in the Crumple rocks glass and garnish with lemongrass stem.
