We currently do free shipping only within Hong Kong.

Orders are usually fulfilled within 2 to 7 business days.

Extra processing time will be needed during public holidays and promotional periods. 

You may experience delays if we have issues fulfilling such as item being out of stock - but hold tight, we'll try our best to help!

We use S.F Express as our courier of choice. 

Delivery costs within Hong Kong will start at $30 upwards. Final shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of your order. 

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details.  

Overseas - We are able to make some exceptions. International delivery is possible with additional shipping fees to be calculated on case-by-case basis. Send us a message at hkmehmeh@gmail.com to check if you live in one of the countries we can ship to! 

 

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exhanges but only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Please email hkmehmeh@gmail.com with an attached image of the damage/defect within 3 days. The item must be in the original and unused condition with tagging and packaging to be eligible for an exchange.

HKMEHMEH will not accept any returned merchandise without any written communication via email and authorised confirmation.
